Customer Success Manager
Full-time (Vermont)
Ecopixel is a growing provider of website services for conservation, collaboration and community. In this role, you’ll wear a variety of hats while providing best-in-class service to our customers. Help us serve the nonprofit organizations and municipalities that make our communities special!
You’ll get to:
- Onboard and train customers to use a state-of-the-art web content management system
- Create and update written documentation and how-to videos
- Advocate for and organize feature requests from customers
- Proactively help customers implement best practices for using our platform
- Provide timely customer service and technical support
- Assist with website content migration and management
- Support Ecopixel’s sales and marketing efforts
- Survey customers to gauge satisfaction
- Test websites for accessibility and quality assurance
- Work remotely as part of our Vermont-based team
- Report to the company owner/lead developer
A successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in a technology-oriented customer service role, preferably in SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational and professional experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Residence in the State of Vermont
- A flexible problem-solving attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A patient and helpful demeanor on the phone and online while supporting customers
- The ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- A willingness to constantly learn new technologies
- The ability to become an expert in using our platform, while still being able to view it from the perspective of our customers
- An eagerness to wear a lot of hats at a small, growing company
