Customer Success Manager

Full-time (Vermont)

Ecopixel is a growing provider of website services for conservation, collaboration and community. In this role, you’ll wear a variety of hats while providing best-in-class service to our customers. Help us serve the nonprofit organizations and municipalities that make our communities special!

You’ll get to:

  • Onboard and train customers to use a state-of-the-art web content management system
  • Create and update written documentation and how-to videos
  • Advocate for and organize feature requests from customers
  • Proactively help customers implement best practices for using our platform
  • Provide timely customer service and technical support
  • Assist with website content migration and management
  • Support Ecopixel’s sales and marketing efforts
  • Survey customers to gauge satisfaction
  • Test websites for accessibility and quality assurance
  • Work remotely as part of our Vermont-based team
  • Report to the company owner/lead developer

A successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technology-oriented customer service role, preferably in SaaS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational and professional experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Residence in the State of Vermont
  • A flexible problem-solving attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A patient and helpful demeanor on the phone and online while supporting customers
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • A willingness to constantly learn new technologies
  • The ability to become an expert in using our platform, while still being able to view it from the perspective of our customers
  • An eagerness to wear a lot of hats at a small, growing company
