We are so pleased to expand our team with the addition of Heidi Fryzell as UX and Frontend Production Manager! In this role, she'll bring a customer-led perspective to managing projects, designing websites, and producing frontend code.
Heidi has 20+ years of web experience and earned a M.S. in Strategic Technology Management from Marlboro College and a B.A. in communications/graphic design from Lyndon State College. She has served as the IT manager/web content manager for a international athletic clothing brand, the web production manager for a major specialty tea retailer, the technology/web manager at the University of Vermont (UVM), and is a Salesforce Certified Administrator. Heidi excels at building websites, maintaining data, understanding the customer, and supporting users.
Heidi has worked on several website launches and re-launches in her career and she is able to work on many aspects of the projects including usability studies, design comps, project management, content management, and coding. She thrives on keeping projects moving and being hands-on.
